By accessing or using the EchoVibe app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. AI Content Generation

EchoVibe provides AI-powered music and lyric generation. Users retain rights to the tracks they create for personal use. We do not guarantee the uniqueness of AI-generated content.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

4. Prohibited Use

Users may not use our AI tools to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of AI-generated content.
